Solution
Firstly,
$$∠BOC=∠DOE.$$
Next, regarding the quadrangle $ADOE$,
$$∠A+∠DOE=2∠R,$$
$$∴ \ ∠A+∠BOC=2∠R.$$
Therefore, $∠BOC$ is equal to the supplementary angle to $∠A$.
